Please read this policy carefully before using Summit Exchange. It sets out the rules governing your use of the platform.

This Policy Notice governs your use of Summit Exchange (summitexchange.com), operated by Summit Exchange Ltd. ("Summit Exchange", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately. This document should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, all of which form part of the legal framework governing your relationship with Summit Exchange.
You agree to use the Summit Exchange platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You must not use the platform to: • Engage in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) or counter-terrorism financing (CTF) laws. • Conduct fraudulent transactions, impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your identity during the KYC verification process. • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the platform, including but not limited to the NFC hardware authentication system. • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software that may damage or compromise the platform. • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform without prior written consent. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any component of the platform.
Summit Exchange uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, enhance your experience, and analyze usage patterns. The types of cookies we use include: Essential Cookies — Required for the platform to function. These include authentication session tokens, CSRF protection tokens, and security-related cookies tied to your JWT session. You cannot opt out of these without discontinuing use of the platform. Functional Cookies — Used to remember your preferences such as selected language (from our 8 supported locales), last selected coin, and display preferences. These persist across sessions to provide a seamless experience. Analytics Cookies — Used to understand how users interact with the platform. We collect anonymized data on page views, session durations, and feature usage. No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect platform functionality.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, 8-digit passcode, and NFC hardware card. Summit Exchange operates on a non-custodial model — your seed phrase is generated and stored on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers. You acknowledge that: • Loss of your seed phrase means permanent loss of access to your funds. Summit Exchange cannot recover lost seed phrases. • Your NFC card is a physical security key. You must immediately report any loss, theft, or suspected compromise of your card through the platform's NFC Management settings. • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
Summit Exchange services are not available to residents or entities located in jurisdictions where cryptocurrency trading is prohibited or restricted by law. This includes, but is not limited to, countries subject to comprehensive sanctions by OFAC, the UN Security Council, the EU, or equivalent regulatory bodies. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such prohibited jurisdiction. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access without notice if we determine that a user is in violation of this provision.
Summit Exchange is committed to compliance with global anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations. We reserve the right to: • Require identity verification documents at any stage, including passports, national IDs, proof of address, and selfies. • Suspend or restrict transactions pending KYC review. • Report suspicious activity to relevant financial intelligence units as required by law. • Freeze or terminate accounts found to be in violation of AML/CTF regulations. KYC data is stored securely and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Summit Exchange platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict access to all or part of the platform for operational, security, or regulatory reasons without prior notice. Summit Exchange is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, delayed transactions due to blockchain network congestion, or third-party service interruptions including blockchain RPC providers, fiat on-ramp partners, or NFC hardware components.
We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy Notice at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email to the address on file.
